Infused with fresh elderflower harvested from our farms in Harrington, Northamptonshire and Rhuallt, North Wales. Once the gin is infused we add the spring water and a little sugar, et voila, the perfect summer tipple! WE feel that the 2014 batch is even better than last year. Combining the complex flavours of the Harrington Dry Gin with the sweet bouquet of elderflower makes this wonderful creation a perfect accompaniment for those long lazy summer days. Try with tonic and a slice of lemon or 'elderflower squared' with some Elderflower presse, always with plenty of ice. For those who really enjoy the spirit, simply on ice with a slice of lime!
