All the freshness of English Pears, enriched with Somerset Cider Brandy. Naturally set with unrefined sugar. Ingredients Fresh pears 92%, unrefined sugar, water, Bramley apples, lemon juice, Somerset Cider Brandy 2%, Cider 1.5%. Prepared with 110g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 60g per 100g.

An innovative Rosebud pairing of two very familiar autumnal hedgerow fruits. Our Blackberry and Sloe Jam is infused with the warmth of Sloemotion sloe gin. Ingredients Blackberries 67%, unrefined sugar, water, sloes 13%, gin 2%, spices, orange zest. Prepared with 80g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 50g per 100g.

Tangy rhubarb from the famous �triangle� work wonderfully in combination with the warmth of stem ginger to make Yorkshire Rhubarb and Ginger Jam, a perfect Rosebud pairing and enduringly popular.
