We use Fireflame chillies for this delicious sweet chilli jam. They are a sweet, mild red chilli that we hand prep in house so you get the freshest chilli flavour. Unlike other chilli jams, which can be bulked out with cheaper tomatoes or red peppers, our Fireflame Chili Jam contains just four ingredients: fireflame chillies, sugar, apple cider vinegar and natural pectin (to set). This means it's absolutely full of flavour. So it's no surprise it won Gold in the Taste of the West Awards! It's great with everything, but we love it especially as a marinade for prawns or chicken.

We use Lemon Drop Chillies for this unique chilli jam. They're a fresh and fiery chilli that have a lemony flavour. We source the chillies direct from the grower, and then hand prep in the jam factory before combining with apple cider vinegar and sugar to make this super hot chilli jam. If you're a chilli fan (or know one!), then you'll love this jam. Our favourite way to enjoy is with chicken, cheese, or fish.

We use fresh Tahiti limes for this delicious marmalade. The limes are sliced to a medium shred and then cooked slowly to soften. We add sugar then boil quickly until setting point is reached. The flavour is of fresh limes, bitter, and sweet, and is perfect for all marmalade lovers! This marmalade has a traditional firm set.

We use the very best Seville Oranges, cut to a thin shred. This marmalade has a fresh bittersweet orange flavour which will leave you wanting more! A traditional firm set marmalade, perfect for any marmalade lover.

Bring the taste of summer to your plate! Our Passionfruit Preserve is super fruity with a sharp tang. We leave the seeds in too for a bit of crunch. Use it as a compote- it's absolutely fabulous with yoghurt or porridge. Yum!

We use British Maravilla raspberries to make this intensely delicious raspberry preserve. We cook them in small batches for the shortest time possible to preserve their deliciously tart and fresh fruity flavour. Absolutely delicious with yoghurt.

Jam packed full of British strawberries and hand made in small batches for the very best flavour, our 225g Sonata Strawberry Preserve is made using much more fruit and less sugar than traditional jams.

Made using British blackcurrants, our Ben Tirran Blackcurrant Preserve is bursting with a rich and tarty fruitiness. Made with much more fruit and less sugar than a traditional jam. We love it in porridge!
