Bridge Over Troubled Water is our spin on 2 classic styles. The often overlooked Lager and the iconic IPA. The IPL gives you the crisp, refreshing characteristics of a lager topped off with a dry hop bill of mosaic. Expect light tropical fruity notes from the Mosaic addition, a super smooth mouth feel paired with the clean finish from subtle malt back bone of the grist. Undecided which style to go for? Why not have both. Malts: German Pilsner Malt Hops: Mosaic This beer is unfiltered, unfined and unbelievably good.

The newest addition to our core range. Light, refreshing and very sessionable, this Craft Lager is brewed with a blend of Loral and Mosaic hops which provide subtle fruity notes. Conditioned in tank for 6 weeks, it�s super smooth, exactly like a Lager should be! Malts: German Pilsner Malt Hops: Loral / Mosaic This beer is unfiltered, unfined and unbelievably good.

For this sour, we have lovingly hand-poured 300kg of fresh passionfruit pulp into the fermenter to brew this beer. Finished off with a dry-hop of Sabro and Motueka, the result if a highly quaffable, mouth-puckering tartness and a juicy tropical passionfruit aroma.

A full-bodied West Coast Pale packed full of fresh citrus flavours, notes of dried tropical fruits and a subtle smooth bitterness. A well-balance hop combination of Ekuanot, Centennial and Amarillo.
